Technical Assistance to the Gonvernment of Senegal with the purpose of developing a contract for Operation & Maintenance services regarding two sections of the main road network of Senegal:

Highway AIBD / Mbour - total lengh of 39km, with 2x2 lane section, 3 interchangers, 17 over passes and 4 roundabounds;
Highway AIBD / Thiès - total lengh of 16km with 2x2 lane section, 7 over/under passes, 1 roundabound;
Highway Thiès / Touba - total lengh of 113km with 2x2 lane section, 6 interchangers, 4 toll sections, 19 over-passes, 9 under-passes, 4 walking passes;
Foundiougne bridge - total lengh of 1300m, 2 lane section with 11,4m of width . Connects to RN9.

Legal analysis for conducting a public delegation hiring services;
Setup of contract for level of service;
Conception of proposal evaluation model;
Identification of human and material resourses;
Production of technical and particular clauses of the contract;
Conception of quality control plan.
