NRV has signed contract for the design of the extension of VLN - a design that is part of Oeiras Valley, a strategy to position the municipality.
NRV has signed contract with Municipality of Oeiras for the design of the extension of the Northern Longitudinal Roadway (VLN). The contract includes the preliminary design of the sections between Carnaxide and the boundary of Cascais municipality and the detailed design of the section between Carnaxide and Casal Lameiro.
VLN will contribute to the decongestion of A5 motorway, promoting the improvement of the inter-municipal connection with Cascais and Lisbon, as well as the accessibility to the local road network.
